Returns Policy


Here at Lakes Aggregates we only accept returns on faulty products. To be eligible for a return you must provide the evidence of the faulty products. This is to be received via our email : In this email you should provide photo evidence as well as a receipt or proof or purchase. This has all got to be received within 7 days of proof of purchase


A member of our professional team will go through your email to see if you are eligible for a refund. The things we take into account when inspecting the photos provided in the email to determine if you are not eligible are as follows

  • if the item is not in its original condition and packaging
  • has any missing parts for any reason
  • is damaged due to no fault of our own e.g. damaged on delivery etc
  • if the email is received after 14 days of proof of purchase

Exchanges (if applicable)

we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email Here we will discuss how to get your item back to us and sending another one out to you.

Custom made products

As we are supplying a bespoke service on certain products, these products that are custom made or made to measure cancellation rights do not apply

Missing refunds

We will aim to have all refunds processed within 14 days. No refunds will exceed 30 days. If for some certain reason they do exceed 30 days please try the followin

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank (it might be more of a processing time for refunds)
